User Data Deletion Instructions

ChatThai respects your privacy. If you signed in with Facebook or Google, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

What we delete

  • Display name and profile picture
  • Email address linked to your account
  • Chat profile and usage data stored by ChatThai

How to request data deletion

  1. Send an email to gangzaradio@gmail.com with the subject line ChatThai Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include the email address or Facebook account you used to sign in to ChatThai so we can locate your account.
  3. We will delete your account and personal data within 30 days and confirm by email when completed.

Remove Facebook Login access

You can also revoke ChatThai's access to your Facebook account at any time: open Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → remove ChatThai. After that, send us a deletion request using the steps above if you want your stored data removed from ChatThai.
